HE.net public 6to4 routing service?

	BTW, I was informed that they haven't.  However, AIUI, their
	6to4 relays were configured to reject any 6to4 traffic not
	targetted at the respective 6to4 anycast address (192.88.99.1.)
	Thus, it's now impossible to use these relays from behind the
	routers that don't honor the respective BGP route.
