Tata (AS6453) problems in Dallas

Hi,
Tata appears to be blackholing traffic at their Equinix Dallas PoP,
see below. It's been six hours since I notified them using the
e-mail address found in whois, still no reply and the problem is
still there. Is IPv6 only a «best effort» service for them?
Is there anyone on this list who has contacts in Tata, or who is
their customer, and is able to help out get this issue looked at?
This issue affects users of the gogonet6 tunnel service, at least.

It appears to be problems with your IPv6 connectivity to multiple
destinations out of your Equinix Dallas PoP. It affects traffic to
Global Crossing and Cogent, perhaps others too. Your «icore1» router
is generating ICMP Unreachables, it seems. Could you please look
into this as soon as possible?
