The person I spoke to about the nanog list server's IPv6 address being autoconf and having an odd reverse DNS entry was "Michael K. Smith" <mksmith at adhost.com>, and he reported that chnaged/fixed the same day. Perhaps he can help here.
Not seen any NANOG mail for about 6 hours here.
