Yes, mturoute is the windows tool.  Closest to that in Linux is tracepath6.

If you're asking me, I'm not familiar with that tool.  A search on the
Web suggests that it is a Windows tool; I'm running Debian GNU/Linux,
so I don't have access to that as far as I know.
