A clarification:
Paul Andersen, the Chairman of the Board at CIRA, responded to a request
that I sent him.
He informed me that the non-glue issue is most certainly a registrar,
not a registry problem.
In fact, his company which offers domain registration does provide the
ability to have v6 glue on the .ca's. So I'll be off to transfer my
domains over there shortly.
So, for any other Canadians out there who want v6 glue on their domain,
here is one known good registrar that can make it so:
