It looks like 10886 is providing access to commercial networks for 11537 
(good), but 11537 is leaking those commercial prefixes to 20965 (bad?).

I don't see 20965 from 10886 so I don't think the intention is for 
Abilene to be providing transit to GEANT, but hopefully one of them
will look into this.
