Seeing Teredo traffic from Vista?

Let me check this:

So Vista actually supports the new 2001::/32? No need to tweak any
register keys?

And public Teredo servers are available, supporting 2001::/32?

And the ITGate global Teredo relay is working and BGP advertised on the
former 6bone?

So with Vista anybody from any network which lets UDP 3544 out can reach
all native IPv6 users of the world and all other Teredo users? No
problemos?
