I think that is something else:

grh.sixxs.net> sh bgp ipv6 regexp _6453_30071_
grh.sixxs.net> sh bgp ipv6 regexp _30071_6453_
grh.sixxs.net>

According to the Teleglobe Looking Glass (http://lg.teleglobe.net/lg/) they
are getting the prefix from Tiscali, but with the OCCAID address as next-
hop (missing next-hop-self in IOS, I have no clue how to do that in JunOS)

| BGP routing table entry for 2001:500:4::/48
| Paths: (2 available, best #1, table Global-IPv6-Table)
| 3257 30071 10745
| equi6ix-ash.ipv6.us.occaid.net from equinix6-was.ip.tiscali.net (lo0.was10.ip.tiscali.net)
      ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Next-Hop
| Origin IGP, valid, external, best
| Community: Peer route North America East Coast Ashburn Equinix (AEQ)

so it looks like Teleglobe->OCCAID in traceroute, but the AS-Path is
6453 3257 30071
