Global IPv6 policy question

Too little.

Given the fact that there are 5 RIRs, and that it's highly unlikely that
we'll see many more RIRs in the foreseeable future, and that there are
32 /8s inside FP 001, my suggestion would be a /8.  (Still leaves lots of
space inside FP 001).

But given the fact that there seems to be consensus for a /12 in all
the regions, I can live with what we have: a /12.  

Let's make sure that it happens quickly, and that we finally can get 
rid of /23 allocations.
