dos attacks on 6to4 relays

Hello,

We (BIT, AS12859) are experiencing a DOS on our 6to4 relay since ~18h
CEST today. Unfortunately, we're not the only AS seeing these attacks,
all coming UnitedColo (AS13301), 213.202.245.152. I've heard of at least
3 other relays who experienced these issues, every time a 6to4 relay
shuts down the next one is targetted.

UnitedColo has been notified by several parties by mail and/or phone,
but no action has been taken so far.
