Hi everyone,

without any deathwish to start another filtering pro/con thread, please 
check and adjust your filters for

2003::/19		DE-DTAG
2400:200::/20		SoftbankBB IPv6

DE-DTAG is visible quite crappy at the moment (visible only by (partial) 
downstreams of 1273 and leaks), so a lack of their prefix in your table 
might not be filtering-related, but the Softbank prefix has a good reach 
and is missing at almost 40% of the GRH participants.
