First of all I 'fixed' the HE thing for me. Not sure how
many emails or IRC comments I got for this per week but it
were too many.

With regards to RIPE's /42 we overwrite our peering partners
community like we do in good old v4 world. We accept more
specs with no-export on specific request from certain peers,
but only on specific request and where it makes any sense at
all. Having had the same issue with another /48 I do invite
my peers to not announce stuff to me that they tag no-export.
