Yes.

Deutsche Telekom, Cisco 7200 as L2TP termination equipment, and 
either Cisco 836 or linux boxes as CPE equipment.  "Works".

We haven't tested autoconfig for whole networks (DHCP prefix delegation)
yet.  So our customers do this using manual configuration.

For single-host dial-in, sending /64 RAs down the link works.
