IPv6 database service

I would guess that Thu Thuy is interested in connecting to the
database through IPv6, rather than storing IPv6-addresses in the
database. Postgres supports IPv6-connections since 7.4.

Mysql does not support IPv6 out-of-the-box, although a patch exists.
