AS16116 Pelephone netmaster contact

Hello!

Does anybody here know a way to contact the operators of AS16116?

Some customers of them use their IPv6 addresses, but the nets are not in
the routing table of some ISPs (AS3320 and their downstreams).

Those ranges are also not in the IRR nor RPKI signed, which may be
the reason those announcements are dropped by some ISPs.

I've tried to contact them via the mail address in whois, but nobody
replied.
