Cisco Catalyst 9000 SVI / DNS over SLAAC RA / RFC8106?

Have it configured on a 9300 with 17.5 to support Android clients.

Shows first release of IOS-XE with support as 3.9, which was before the 
9300 was released.

Not sure if it meets all the requirements of 8106 or just meets 6106.
