Why used DHCPv6 when RA has RDNSS and DNSSL?

It doesn't need to be arbitrary-size or hierarchical. The only thing that
is needed is to assign a /64 IPv6 prefix in every case where the network
assigns a /32 IPv4 address via DHCPv4 (or would assign a /128 IPv6 address
via IA_NA).
