Yeah, it's somewhat of a shame there's layer2 into in DHCPv6 packets. 
Even if something gets standardised soon, it'll be years before deployed 
kit catches up :o(

Monitor your IPv6 neighbour tables to record IPv6->MAC mappings, via 
SNMP or similar.
