Meanwhile (direct from my colleague who owns 'First Hop Security" which RA Guard is part of) I can confirm RA Guard in the following platforms / releases:

C6500 - 15.0(1)SY
C4500-X / C4500 / C4900 - 15.1(2)SG
C3750-X / C3560-X / C29602 Compact - 15.0.(2)SE
C3850 - 15.0(1)EX
AIR-CT5760 - 7.2
7600 - XE3.7/15.2(4)S
