Windows seven Statefull DHCPv6 FAIL

Recently I have tried to connect to my local ISP via PPPoE.
ISP gives Ipv6 addesses on PPP-link usibg Statefull DHCPv6.
Windows Seven gets an Address,  installing default gateway. Deafult gateway ping ok. But when I try to ping some internet, Windows does not send any requests.
Did any one face this problem?
