IPv6 Multicast issue?

Actually,  I started eith E1000 NICs and couldn't ping the other VMs on the
same host using IPV6.
I switched them to VMXNET3 and can now ping each other and see the global
IPs.

BTW: I am using ESXI 4.1 (unfortunately can't upgrade it).*
