I don't have customer service stats/feedback, but I've not heard anything at all from the project team regarding customer issues. That doesn't mean that there aren't any, though. I admit that this is not a very valuable feedback :)

It's interesting to remark that there is a very good availability of customer IPv6-enabled end-devices at home, so that part is definitely out of the chicken-and-egg problem. The ~10% value displayed by Switzerland is quite close to the maximum expected value if we take in consideration our market share and the percentage of customers we have enabled. It proves that the efforts especially from Google, Apple, and Microsoft have had very good results.
