IPv6 in Belgium

It is most probably VOO (= BRUTELE) a cable operator in Wallonia which is rumored to have enabled IPv6 by default on all its DOCSIS 3.0 modems.

But, it is more a guess than anything else. APNIC (Geoff's bug on ads) also sees a surge from this ASN

Actually, something changed in Belgium about a week ago and the country is now almost at 1% on our world map. Looks like it's due to one of the larg ISPs networks quickly rolling out IPv6 to a large percentege of its users. I wonder if they're using native or 6rd?
