15.1(3)S4 for 7600 SUP720/RSP720 lists 6RD in feature navigator. I haven't 
tried it out myself yet.

Since 7600 does 6to4 at wirespeed, I guess it wasn't a huge change in code 
to make it do 6RD as well (even though my initial investigation into it 
yielded that BU said it couldn't do it).
