What is a mobile network (hint: Carriers in Germany are forced to fill
"blank spots" with LTE)? And I seriously wonder, why there should be a
difference in addressing between "fixed" and "mobile" networks (again
product examples: small hotspots, which connect to UMTS (ZTE MF60,
HuaweiE385 and similar, no clue if they are v6 capable...).
