same here within AS680 (DFN).  Note that even when I use 4to6 to disable
v6 and get the welcome page, I see this when I try to get the "support"
from the contact menu:

The Link "now.netapp.com" is broken again if not restricting to v4, but
this might be the redirect to support.netapp.com
