I agree, reexporting /64  is no good general solution. But we talk about 
different thinks. You write "server". Server should not have SLAAC, 
DHCP, and no "privacy addresses". Servers may be configured statically 
with prefixes greater /64.

I talk about the user at mobile equipment.
