You will be a busy guy. Here are the sites I couldn't successful do
an IPv6 "GET / HTTP/1.0" with over IPv6, from Alexa's top 25,000,

Perhaps emailing webmaster at SITE would be a start. I have been reluctant
to get involved with that education campaign.
