You requested a PA address block. PA as in PROVIDER AGGREGATED.

As such, it is your job to announce the /32 and not any subprefixes of this.

If you wanted separate /48s you should have gone for PI...

Clearly another person who does not understand the RIR policies and who
did not read them and just requested a default block of address space....

Please fix your network you are hurting IPv6 deployment this way.
