DFN (German Research Network - where a lot of Universities are connected)
is deteriorating:

http://labs.apnic.net/ipv6-measurement/AS/6/8/0/index-months.html

This is especially sad, as they were the biggest supporters in experimental
times, and core network is fully dual-stack since... dont know, about 2007?
All information web pages about the experimental tunnels and the beta-test
overlay network are no longer reachable.
