That would be an extermely useful document, though as always with the IETF,
you'll have an average of about 1.1 opinions for every working group
member, and it may be hard to get consensus on anything.

Eric, this isn't something you'd be interested in taking on (as an addition
to your growing body of work on IPv6 security), by any chance?
