Good news -- www.qwest.com and www.centurylink.com came back up at 12:48 pm
Central. So it was down 8+ weeks.

Subject: IPv6-enabled websites still down

The IPv6 side of www.qwest.com and www.centurylink.com have been down for
almost 36 hours -- no response from their NOC address. At one time
www.savvis.com (also a CenturyLink property) was dual-stacked, but that's
not be working for 279 days.

ipv6.t-mobile.com has been down for 25 hours. Perhaps it's being
deprecated, but no word back from Cameron.

www.globalcrossing.com redirects to www.level3.com, which is not
dual-stacked (though ipv6.level3.com is).
