Since when an IPv6 prefix has been announced?

Hello again list.

Ok, "/58" prefix isn't the best example... :)
Let's take "/32" or "/48" prefixes...

I need to develop a script that takes one prefix and returns since when
it's been announced
or even better... when was it assigned...

Thanks again!
