Thursday, 28 April at about 1600GMT is when our traffic switched back
to I2.  We turned up the peering on Tuesday at about the same time, so
the routes were there then.  I don't know exactly what the path was,
but it was via Cogent.

So far as I know, the status of our trouble ticket is still "known issue,
no ETR."
