Welcome to HE.net trying to become Tier1 in IPv6 by refusing to take
transit as they do in IPv4. :-)

Both Global Crossing and Telia have Cogent's routes. If HE.net would
take IPv6 transit from their IPv4 transit providers, they would see
Cogent's routes. But that would ruin the master plan of becoming IPv6
tier 1. :-)

It's not a black-and-white situation. Both have their share in that.
