The other "problem", as I see it, for these plugins is that pages are made up of dozens of resources from all sorts of different hostnames. You'd really need to display all the IPv4/IPv6 breakdown for all the resources that were loaded over the course of the page load, and perhaps on-going depending on what various scripts were causing the browser to do...
