A clear sign of the Apocalypse: I'm agreeing with Bill Manning... :-)

It wouldn't surprise me at all if the NRO and ICANN have agreed to have Bill Clinton (his administration was the instigator of ICANN and rumors are that he'll be giving a keynote) push the button in front of TV cameras at the ICANN meeting in SF that triggers the final allocation with Rod Beckstrom and the RIR CEOs looking on approvingly.
