No, not that day, but IPv4depletion (http://www.ipv4depletion.com) recently revised its IANA exhaustion counter to today, Saturday, January 15. I don't think IANA doles out space to RIRs on weekends, but it looks like Lagerholm's calculations don't avoid weekends (and perhaps holidays). Frank
