What about the lost and angry customers behind overloaded unstable 
NAT-machines/proxies?

The assumption and discussion about X per mill of failures is not honest.

IPv4 does not work to 100% too.

If the "multi-billion" corporations have not enough staff to manage this, then  
problem is not IPv6.
