This is a bad idea, at least for 6to4.ipv6.microsoft.com, as Windows
will enable the 6to4 adapter even though it doesn't know the remote
endpoint, and ICS (if enabled) will merrily announce the generated prefix.

So this will only ascertain that 6to4 will be completely defective.
