Proper RFC3484 support (now present in all clients) prefers IPv4 over 
Teredo connectivity. So we should be safe here.

Generally the state of Teredo relays worldwide is quite sad, I'm 
routinely monitoring a few dozen destinations from a Teredo client with 
Smokeping (http://noc.birkenwald.de/smokeping/smokeping.cgi, look for 
the "from teredo" graphs) and I have to say some relays are blackholing 
more often than they are up and running. Not talking about severely 
overloaded ones, too.
