Proper RFC3484 support (now present in all clients) prefers IPv4 over
Teredo connectivity. So we should be safe here.
Generally the state of Teredo relays worldwide is quite sad, I'm
routinely monitoring a few dozen destinations from a Teredo client with
Smokeping (http://noc.birkenwald.de/smokeping/smokeping.cgi, look for
the "from teredo" graphs) and I have to say some relays are blackholing
more often than they are up and running. Not talking about severely
overloaded ones, too.
