contact F.P., he knows who to ask.  You can get a /56 over a
configured tunnel (to one of their local routers) from them for quite
some time (at least about a year) now.

It's just that they are more prudent than Strato with regard to the
support spike issue that a large scale IPv6 advertisement may cause.
