Safari on IPv6 ?

Is there a webpage/wiki that puts into a nice table which OS version/web
browser version combination support IPv6, if it needs any tweaks to do so,
and whether IPv6 is treated equally or given preference?

It is ridiculous that that is a decision per-app instead of global.

But, but, did you think about Internet Explorer, Opera, Chrome and all
