Let's start a list of requirements, just to summarize this thread.
I'll write down what comes to my mind, others please add theirs:
- keep the routing table reasonably compact
- allow multihoming the way v4 PI does for small players
- allow 'political' traffic engineering, in addition to whatever
technical reason you may have already
