6to4 relay on IOS <-> CEF switching?

This is certainly not the way it should look like.

... but I can't tell you whether that's just software buggery, or a
misconfiguration.  

I have seen output from a 2800 that was all nicely CEF switched, with
12.4 mainline, so in theory it should work.
