IETF temporary v6 block?

Correction and apologies to the parties involved, this might not be a 
fulltable leak/missing filters issue after all. IETF-68 was hosted by 
CESNET, so the filters by 1299 and 1273 could be okay (outdated, but 
okay). Since there has been a leak incident among those ISPs just 
recently I assumed it happened again.

Anyway, CESNET should not announce that prefix, I've contacted their NOC.
