Last week from the RIPEmtg in Amsterdam (AS3333) i was feeling problems 
to reach ARIN's website (and i DIDN'T turned off v6 in my laptop, like 
most people do).

But from my home network (AS1930) which upstream is via Telia+Level3, 
ARIN's website seemed to be OK over v6 at that time.
