Interesting experiment. Looks like cheap IPv6 PI for Consulintel, and
http://www.consulintel.euro6ix.org doesn't give me any info on the
"experiments" carried out with this prefix.
Also interesting to talk about "stable" and "not going to go" when
the published end date of the assignment is 2006-07-19 (about six
weeks from now).
