Indeed. That's being originated by UNINET Thailand, which is APNIC
service region, but I cannot find a record for 2001:ec00::/32 in APNIC's
whois. UNINET's own allocation is 2001:3c8::/32.

Abilene, could you check with your downstream/peer UNINET? And if this
is indeed confirmed to be a bogon leak, could you please check your BGP
filters? :-)
