It could, if you have proxy nd enabled somewhere.  Some people tried
this at LINX ca. 1998 with ipv4, and ended up proxy arping all traffic
from the 226 network to the 224 network.  It was not a pretty sight.

Otherwise, if S&D ever decide that this is a bad idea, they are going to
have great fun getting everyone to change back to /64, and those that
don't will have great fun with reachability.
